Core Output Statement and Description Overview
The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for speaking with our clients new and prospective employees. You will be asking questions and determining if they are able to produce tax credits for their new employer, while also potentially helping them secure a new work opportunity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls from clients and their employees.
Maintaining a high level f professionalism with every caller.
Assisting with filing f paperwork.
Contacting clients regarding additional support documents as needed.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
Providing high levels of customer service.
Helping prospective or new employees understand the information and laws.
Working with the Manager, Contact Center, to maintain efficiency.
Skills & Abilities required to perform Duties
Experience in an inbound call center.
Bilingual English/Spanish. Written and oral.
Highly polished and professional phone communication skills.
Positive attitude with meticulous attention to detail.
Self-motivated individual who loves to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook.
Education, Certifications, or Training desired
High School degree required, with Bachelor’s degree as a plus
