Core Output Statement and Description Overview:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for overall brand development, product marketing and supporting the sales effort through marketing campaigns and lead generation. You will be developing, managing, and maintaining marketing initiatives and advertising campaigns. As a direct report to the VP, Marketing & Communications and company leadership, these efforts will support the product development team and sales staff in fulfilling the marketing needs of Trusaic.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the development of the marketing strategy for new and existing products, with a focus on inbound marketing and lead generation.
Oversee the implementation of the Marketing strategy including campaigns, events, conferences, and webinars.
Oversee online and print advertising, with a focus on social media platforms
Liaise with internal sales and product teams to execute Trusaic’s brand vision.
Participate in digital marketing efforts, including measuring and reporting on performance.
Provide competitive, market and consumer research to optimize positioning of Trusaic product and services in the marketplace.
Recommend development of new marketing materials and assets as appropriate.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the company’s Sales team; enabling them to meet their goals by providing them with the appropriate tools, materials and presentations, and implement an effective Service Level Agreement between Sales and Marketing.
Participate in collaborative meetings between executive team, sales, and operations.
Manage relationships with channel partners in accounting and insurance.
Skills and Abilities required to perform Duties:
5+ years marketing experience.
Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred) .
Ability t evaluate marketing channels and allocate budgets to improve ROI including distribution channels, PPC, SEO, Email, Content Marketing and Social Media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Mastery f MS Office and Google Suite.
Detail oriented with ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Ability to meet tight deadlines and maintain focus under pressure.
Ability to ideate and execute creative ideas and then strategizing on how to deliver against them.
Strong analytical background with focus how digital metrics and platforms for measurement relate to outcomes.
Consumer insights experience revealing actionable information about your target audience and the ability to tap into those insights to create compelling campaigns.
Proven ability to support multiple brands within a business and to present your vision, goals, and tactics or those brands to leadership.
Track record of building scalable operating processes and systems as well as proven success within a performance-based marketing environment.
Education, Certifications, or Training desired:
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field required
