Core Output Statement and Description Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will relish working in the digital realm. You will be conducting exciting inbound marketing campaigns and online advertising using cutting edge programs, and pushing the ongoing operational effectiveness of websites and other digital properties to drive sales and revenue growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Implementing online advertising, including Google Adwords campaigns and organic search, SEO resources, and social media.
Creating and planning media buys and oversee campaigns entailing social, display, search, contextual, behavioral, and video channels to optimize implementation of inbound marketing strategies.
Planning, executing, and measuring A/B testing and multivariate initiatives fr inbound marketing email campaigns.
Maintaining content and create pages on web properties via our CMS and production team, working in conjunction with established creative specifications for SEO and Google ranking.
Implementing website optimization strategies to maximize websites’ speed, efficiencies, and effectiveness in generating qualified customer leads.
Operationalizing use of keywords on websites to improve SEO effectiveness, working with content and production teams.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing sales related digital material and assisting with drafting sales emails based on personas and industries for use by sales team.
Assisting in the development, production and digital distribution of marketing materials.
Measuring success f user experience within inbound marketing campaigns and website.
Skills & Abilities required to perform Duties:
3-5 years’ experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Experience in working with a CRM and in developing, monitoring and optimizing user funnels.
Experience with SEM campaigns: search, contextual, display networks.
Proficient in Google Analytics and other web measurement programs.
Fluent in Google Suite.
Proficient in using Word Press.
Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
Fluent in Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
Knowledge of the principles of advertising, marketing and media.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Have a passion for keeping current with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and metrics.
UX experience helpful.
Works well with others.
Demonstrate ability to adhere to Company policies and procedures.
Education, Certifications, or Training desired:
Bachelor’s degree required
Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and related certifications are a plus
